Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality. They will work closely with our staff to ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing.
  • Set up tables with the correct number of place settings, including crockery, silverware, glasses, and napkin.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant at all times.
  • Stand by at the pass to pick up dishes ready to be presented to guests.
  • Explain ingredients used and methods on how to enjoy dishes when presenting them to guests.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and refresh tables with finesse once guests have finished their main course.
  • Other additional tasks include setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, using the glassware dishwasher, and other cleaning duties.
