Job Title: Senior Web Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior web development lead to join our team. As a senior web development lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex web applications using React.js.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in React.js, as well as experience in team leadership or project management within software development projects. You should also have a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS, as well as experience with Redux, Web Workers, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and regular performance feedback.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Oversee frontend architecture, code quality, and adherence to best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of software development experience, including strong expertise in React.js.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or project management within software development projects.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Experience with Redux, Web Workers, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Experience with TDD and testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or PACT.
