  • Responsibilities include maintaining stock inventory appropriately and ensuring that all storage areas are tidy and products are stored properly.
  • They must also monitor temperature records daily and maintain a prepared, clean, and sanitary work area at all times.
  • Culinary Specialists are responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment used in food preparation, as well as ensuring the entire Production area is clean and tidy at all times.
  • They must secure kitchen stores and other potential areas of loss at all times.
  • Culinary Specialists undertake project work when assigned to develop skills in food production and management.
  • They must adhere to 'Certified Halal' cooking standard in the kitchen at all times.
  • Properly handling all kitchen equipment at all times is crucial.
  • Complying with hygiene and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times is essential.
  • Assisting in ensuring a high level of health and safety, cleanliness, and food hygiene is key.
  • Reporting necessary equipment repair and maintenance, workplace incidents or failure to meet performance standards by any kitchen staff to higher authority is required.
  • Complying with grooming and appearance standards at all times is important.
  • Acting in the best interest of the company in all circumstances is expected.
