Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative professional to join our team as a Manager, FP&A Data Enablement & Governance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our financial planning and analysis capabilities by driving data infrastructure, system integration, and governance efforts.

  • FP&A Systems Support:
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of FP&A systems, dashboards, and data infrastructure to support financial planning and reporting.
  • Support integration and migration efforts by translating business needs into technical requirements and coordinating with IT and vendors.
  • Participate in system testing (e.g., UAT, integration testing) and assist in go-live planning and readiness activities.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, data flows, and reporting structures.
  • Build and update FP&A dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to deliver timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integrity & Governance:
  • Support the development and implementation of data governance guidelines, including data ownership and stewardship practices.
  • Assist in data quality initiatives such as profiling, validation, and reconciliation across systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouse).
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy protocols, including access controls and classification standards.
  • Facilitate data sharing across teams while ensuring proper usage and documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on data governance policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial data management, with a strong focus on data governance, data quality, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and access control practices.
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems; exposure to SAP ERP or JEDOX is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
