The OpenShift Administrator role offers opportunities for Analysts, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers in multiple locations across India.

This is a full-time position in a hybrid mode with a reputable IT Services & Consulting firm specializing in OpenShift platform administration.

Responsibilities include supporting enterprise containerized application environments, driving platform adoption, ensuring platform performance and security standards, designing, deploying, managing, and scaling OpenShift environments tailored to meet business needs, full cluster lifecycle management, core OpenShift components administration, networking, service routing, monitoring performance, implementing logging, managing alerts, applying platform governance, configuring persistent storage, and providing operational support to application teams.

As an OpenShift Administrator, you will also contribute to documentation, best practices, and conduct onboarding sessions. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenShift administration, strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and Python for automation, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and exposure to OpenShift add-ons are desired.

Candidates with Red Hat certifications (e.g., RHCE, OpenShift Specialist) and expertise in performance tuning, audit logging, security, and cost management are preferred.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenShift administration

Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and Python for automation

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and exposure to OpenShift add-ons are desired
