The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer-facing implementation and delivery roles, particularly in Solution Architect or Technical Consultant positions.   • About this role:
  • This is a hands-on technical position that requires the ability to work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • They will also be expected to collaborate with Product Management and Development team members to enhance the cloud-based platform with new capabilities that address customer needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to support customers in adopting and maximizing their value from the cloud-based platform.
  • Develop and maintain deep domain knowledge in CRM technology and industry domain expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in the development of new features and enhancements to the cloud-based platform.
  • Share best practices and known solutions with internal teams, community, and customers to promote faster time-to-value.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation/delivery roles.
  • Deep understanding of CRM technology and industry domain expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Able to travel up to 35% annually when applicable.
  • Ability to do ServiceNow deep architectural advisory work and configuration/coding.
