- Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects or programs with a proven track record of success.
- 7+ years of experience in complex software project/program management, implementation, configuration, and delivery.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and effectively communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders.
