We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our software implementation projects across the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management and customer experience, with a proven track record of delivering project goals while learning and adapting to best practices frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply project management principles and best practices to deliver project goals
  • Create and manage project schedules, estimating, identifying, tracking, and driving overall project timeline, milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, encourage effective communication, and coach the team to apply Agile principles and Scrum practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, and integration activities with other departments, vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation and support
  • Anticipate, identify, track, and drive resolutions on risks and issues that may impact implementation projects
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of external customer project management experience
  • Experience managing complex software implementation projects
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
  • Strong business acumen and relationship skills to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
  • Aviation industry experience
  • Excellent external and internal communication skills (e.g., writing, presentation)
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
Benefits:

This is a hybrid position, meaning some work will be done onsite at one of the listed location options. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite. Travel is expected between company offices globally and to various customer locations. Benefits and pay are determined in line with Singapore labor market practices. This is not an expat assignment.
