Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of digital marketing clients, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering long-term relationships. Your primary focus will be on client retention, upselling additional services, and ensuring high-quality campaign performance.
You will act as a strategic partner to clients, helping them navigate their digital marketing needs while working closely with our SEO, SEM, and SMA teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Strategy Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned digital marketing clients, ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their long-term goals and provide ongoing digital marketing solutions.
- Upselling & Revenue Growth: Identify and propose additional digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMA, Content Marketing, Web Development) based on client needs and growth potential. Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by recognizing opportunities to enhance client campaigns with additional services.
- Project Oversight & Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and the SEO, SEM, and SMA teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, priorities, and deliverables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing account management, with expertise in SEO, SEM, and SMA
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and digital marketing funnels
