Healthcare Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing front desk duties, including patient registration and appointment scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of clinic operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with SGIMED is an advantage, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform front desk duties: Patient registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection
  • Dispensing of medication
  • Handle phone calls and patient enquiries
  • Assist doctor with simple procedures, dressing, ECG, nebulisation, vaccinations etc.
  • Maintain control of stock and consumables, including replenishment and housekeeping

Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCE 'N' or 'O' levels or an ITE (Institute of Technical Education) certificate
  • Familiarity with clinic operations settings
  • Experience with SGIMED is an advantage
