Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Financial Billing Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, with expertise in generating and verifying tax invoices and credit notes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and verify tax invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the billing portfolio to ensure the accuracy of billings, including identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
- Process bill adjustment requests promptly and efficiently.
- Handle enquiries from customers pertaining to billing in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A diploma in accounting or finance-related field of study.
- 2-3 years of related finance/accounting work experience under a medical laboratory industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Presentation).
- Good written communication skill, customer service, and multi-tasking ability.
Work Arrangement:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
- Saturday: 8.30 am to 1.00 pm.
