Energy Infrastructure Project Lead

Contribute to the origination and execution of project finance transactions in the Energy & Infrastructure Group covering the Asia region, with a focus on India.
- Identify financing opportunities for the team in the region, prioritizing India.
- Originate project finance transactions for Greenfield and brownfield projects in key sectors like Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, and Infrastructure.
- Negotiate term sheets, lead credit processes, develop financial models, conduct due diligence, and oversee documentation to Financial Close.
- Generate business opportunities for other departments as applicable.
- Conduct all aspects of transaction execution, including negotiation, due diligence, and financial modeling.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to grow business in the region.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare marketing materials to support business growth.
Comply with legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements, including mandatory training and maintaining necessary knowledge to perform the role.
Ensure certification to undertake the role and satisfy annual certification processes.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 11 years of experience in project finance, with specific knowledge of the sectors mentioned.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in dynamic sales environments and strong business development skills.
