Job Description:

Trading Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Trading Support Specialist. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical and functional support for our trading applications and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be comfortable working with trading technology. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for trading applications and infrastructure
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to investigate and resolve client queries
  • Log all inquiries and accurately document client contact through to resolution in Salesforce CRM
  • Communicate urgent issues that may have associated P/L and franchise risk

Requirements:

  • Previous customer support experience in a highly pressurized environment
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in trading technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
