Deployment Coordinator

You will play a vital role in the deployment of critical infrastructure across various sites.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Basic knowledge of computer networks and system concepts

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

  • Physically able to handle equipment up to 20kg

Responsibilities include:

  1. Deployment Preparation

    • Ensure correct equipment and accessories are packed into delivery boxes (up to 20kg) before deployment.

  2. On-Site Implementation Oversight

    • Verify contractors implement:

      • Required network equipment for each site

      • Proper patching and labeling of network cables and power cords

      • Equipment User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  3. System Testing

    • Perform verification tests using a testing laptop to ensure application services are functioning end-to-end.

  4. Technical Coordination

    • Collaborate with backend infrastructure engineers to troubleshoot deployment issues.

  5. Ad-Hoc Duties

    • Support other operational tasks as assigned.
