We are seeking a seasoned professional to elevate the workplace experience for clients' employees, guests, and colleagues.

This pivotal role will shape how people interact with their workspace, foster a vibrant community, and ensure seamless operations.

  • Develop a Comprehensive Workplace Framework: Create an end-to-end framework that covers processes, guiding principles, staffing, and service execution.
  • Implement and Execute the Plan: Coach and mentor teams to facilitate framework rollout, achieving steady-state delivery of active services.
  • Champion Employee & Guest Journey: Operationalize workplace experience strategies by integrating best practices to enhance operations and create a seamless service experience.
  • Translate Global/Account-Level Strategies: Ensure consistency and local relevance in regional plans, overseeing diverse portfolios of workplace services.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences and create positive interactions for employees and visitors.
  • Create Innovative Pilot Projects: Elevate user experience through proactive responses to needs and concerns.
  • Curate Social Opportunities: Foster a sense of belonging, connection, and purpose through events and initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Innovation:

  • Elevate User Experience: Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Introduce Technology: Leverage digital platforms to enhance the workplace experience and enable mobile and present teams.
  • Lead Staff Review and Training: Ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery across the portfolio.
  • Document Soft Services Processes: Maintain high standards of operation and adherence across all regional sites.

Operational Oversight & Performance Management:

  • Establish Metrics: Measure the performance of workplace experience for Asia Pacific.
  • Oversee Consistent Delivery: Ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery across all regional sites.
  • Establish KPIs and SLAs: Drive continuous improvement and excellence in workplace experience operations.
  • Conduct Audits and Assessments: Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Leverage Technology: Optimize regional workplace experience operations and enable data-driven decision-making.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with Clients: Develop and deliver programs that enhance the experience of employees, visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Act as Trusted Advisor: Understand client needs, address concerns, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance their workplace strategy.
  • Establish Vendor Relationships: Support workplace programs and projects through strong partnerships with external vendors.
  • Provide Leadership: Mentor and support a team of Workplace Experience Leads and Managers across the region.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the regional team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Degree: Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 Years Experience: Hospitality, tourism, events, operations, property management, or C-suite client-facing facilities management.
  • Proven Experience: Developing and implementing a workplace experience/hospitality program for multinational clients.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Communicate professionally and clearly at all levels of an organization.
  • Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • High Degree of Innovation: Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical and Financial Aptitude: Assess performance and inform decision-making.
  • Strategic Thinking: Create long-term plans for a better workplace experience.
