Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and staying within budget.

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of the project, including resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives, plans, and performance metrics to guarantee the successful completion of projects according to industry standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts, regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee and be accountable for all safety and compliance matters on-site.
  • Liaise with relevant parties on project-related matters and resolve technical discrepancies and site issues.
  • Monitor and coordinate project progress, and be responsible for conducting site inspections, planning, and other site activities.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection records.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure proper closeout of projects and conduct post-project evaluations.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in Singapore building construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
  • Possess strategic thinking, attention to detail, and excel in problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and time management.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term working relationship.
