WONGPARTNERSHIP LLP is a leading law firm that requires a reliable and skilled Technical Services Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Firm in the Technology function, including software, hardware, networking infrastructure, and applications.
- Provide support in IT/IS functions, such as networking, mobile devices, remote access, audio-visual, telephony, and security.
- Conduct basic application training sessions for our user community.
- Draft, update, and manage documentation as part of the work process.
- Collaborate with other members of the Technology team and Business Services team to develop practical solutions.
- Participate in special projects to support Firm initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Windows and Office Applications.
- Experience with mainstream software systems and technical skills related to scripting and programming.
- Industry-standard certifications, such as those from Microsoft, Cisco, and HP, are advantageous.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
