Highly Skilled Operations Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our factory, ensuring we meet our targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of operators to fulfill customer orders on time and maintain high safety and 5S standards.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives to ensure zero defect and eliminate workflow interruptions.
- Be accountable for inventory accuracy in production, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Drive process improvements in production and warehouse operations through digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Perform monthly capacity analysis for resource planning and actively work on productivity analysis to reduce waste and lead time.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing and warehousing environment.
- Great collaboration with other functional teams to achieve results and meet business goals.
- A person with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- Knowledge of Lean, SPC tools, or Oracle business system will be an advantage.
