Land Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Land Surveyor in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting daily survey setting-out lines/points for structural and architectural works, maintaining close communication with project staff and subcontractors, and ensuring accuracy in all survey tasks.

About the Role:

  • Maintain a disciplined routine in general setting-out works according to floor framing plans, including checking formwork levels before and after casting, and verifying as-built slab levels, wall verticality, and column alignment.
  • Demonstrate confidence in survey work through repeated checks and ensure all survey tasks are closed out daily to eliminate potential errors.
  • Arrange timely calibration and servicing of surveying instruments, maintaining records for audits by government agencies or internal SOP requirements.
  • Coordinate with Licensed Land Surveyors to ensure proper AMSL and As-Built Surveys are conducted, with endorsed submissions to the authorities.
  • Support the Environmental Health & Safety program established by the Project Manager and WSHO to maintain a safe and clean site.
