Job Title:

A Quality Assurance Manager is needed to ensure the implementation of quality management systems.

Responsibilities:
Inspect, audit and assess compliance with ISO standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and deliver training programs on quality management systems.
Review materials for damage and ensure proper traceability to factory acceptance tests (FATs).
Ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
Coordinate inspections with vendors and contractors.
Prepare reports on daily operations and reject unacceptable materials.
Perform regular equipment calibration checks.
Inspect concrete sleepers and check for any hogging or sagging.
Train supervisors to conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on rail welds.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3 years of experience in quality engineering roles.
Experience in railway projects is desirable.
This role requires strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems and associated standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering roles with ISO standards.
Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems and associated standards.
Experience in railway projects is highly desirable.
Good communication and team working skills.
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
