  • Oversee laboratory operations, including periodic maintenance checks of hardware and software, and assist with daily laboratory activities.

You will work closely with research teams to incorporate emerging technologies, stay abreast of industry trends, and drive forward-looking integration strategies. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Information Technology related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years hands-on experience managing complex technical environments, including at least 3 years specifically in managing an Air Traffic Simulation facility or laboratory
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and coordinating with OEM suppliers for mission-critical systems
  • Familiarity with ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System and ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, ensuring adherence to industry standards for security and operational resilience
