Test Manager Role: Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale testing programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure thorough coverage of testing needs
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with program objectives
  • Coordinate testing activities, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Lead and mentor testing teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance testing capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of software testing experience, with at least 1 year as a Test Manager on large-scale enterprise programs
  • Experience with automation tools, data lakes, and business intelligence systems
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end testing lifecycles for transformation programs
  • Familiarity with Qlik and Talend products, change management, and measuring business value
