Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate SSD devices on PC systems to ensure they meet specifications and maintain high product standards.
  • Document test results thoroughly, providing actionable insights to aid in debugging and modification of software.
  • Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective changes.
  • Perform failure analysis, collaborating with other teams to resolve complex SSD system issues.
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding SSD or storage device-related issues, showcasing excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
  • Proven experience working with PCs, notebooks, and workstations (PC setup, PC troubleshooting) is essential.
  • Background in SSD or HDD industry is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of NVMe storage interface protocols and Windows/Linux Operating Systems is necessary.
  • Understanding of storage device drivers and PCIE chipset register configurations beneficial.
  • Experience with PCIe/NVMe bus analyzers and oscilloscopes advantageous.
