Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to oversee the maintenance of our assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in leading teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules based on manufacturer instructions, legislation, and warranty status.
  • Conduct risk assessments and asset criticality reviews to determine maintenance requirements.
  • Evaluate engineering works and installations for quality and integrity, making recommendations for remedial actions.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of assets.

 

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership, preferably in industrial settings.
  • Familiarity with API 653 and/or 570 is an advantage.
