Senior Asset Management Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Asset Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of transactions involving investments and asset managements.
Main Responsibilities
- Originating new transactions and ideas, reviewing asset acquisitions including impact analysis and funding strategy,
- Preparing management reports, board materials, marketing and investor relations materials for internal and external use,
- Deal administration, working closely with seasoned investors and professional advisors in a transaction setting, including legal and financial advisors.
You will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our asset management strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong numerical skills to build complex financial models and valuation concepts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Commerce or Accounting.
- At least 3 years' experience from a bulge bracket investment bank.
A strong track record of achievement in asset management, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, is essential for this position.
