Job Title: Officer, Fund Accounting Supervisor

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer, Fund Accounting Supervisor in our Asset Pricing & Data Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of daily Net Asset Valuation reporting for Fund Administration clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the generation of daily Net Asset Valuation reporting for Fund Administration clients by meeting Pricing & Data Master performance service levels.
  • Review security pricing completed by offshore operational staff to ensure accuracy of the work performed.
  • Provide oversight support to offshore operational staff on daily production in security pricing, Corporate Actions entitlement, security master coding, and Foreign Exchange rate maintenance.
  • Lead the identification of potential service breakdowns in daily production and highlight issues for remedial action to mitigate the risk of service disruption.
  • Assist in the development of process/system improvements and operation investigation on data feeds issues or outages in conjunction with external service providers (Bloomberg or internal service providers Technology Department).
  • Support new business implementation in terms of building production processes for pricing, Corporate Actions processing, security coding, and foreign exchange translation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or relevant Business courses.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Securities & Funds Services Operations – Pricing, Static Data, Corporate Actions, or Fund Accounting role within a Bank or market data organization.
  • Knowledge of market data vendors Bloomberg, ICE (Interactive Data Corporation), and Refinitiv (Reuters) is preferred.
  • Competence in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and Macros, will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) at all organizational levels.
  • Open to working early morning hours (7:30 am SGT).
