Job Title: Business Project Manager Analyst

Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our BCM system implementation project. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Gather business requirements and draft relevant documentation using technical skills such as data analysis.
  • Analyze transaction data to fine-tune business logic and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Review system functional requirements to support planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Contribute to project management tasks including workload analysis, schedule coordination, and meeting facilitation to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Management with a focus on project management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of data analysis experience.
  • Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
