This is a long-term employment opportunity with one of our esteemed clients in the Construction Industry Sector. As an Electrical Engineering Professional, you will be responsible for creating and updating electrical drawings and designs using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of building and construction project requirements, excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, and proficiency in BIM software and related design tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Create and update electrical drawings and designs using BIM software.">
  • Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and compliance requirements.">
  • Coordinate project activities with the construction team and liaise with all stakeholders involved.">
  • Assist in supervising and guiding sub-contractors/workers to ensure accurate work execution and timely project completion.">
  • Monitor project progress, ensure legal compliance, adherence to safety regulations, and productivity standards.">
  • Maintain strong working relationships with project teams, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth coordination of work activities.">

Requirements include:

  • ">
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.">
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in BIM modelling (Electrical).">
  • Proficiency in BIM software and related design tools.">
  • Strong understanding of building and construction project requirements.">
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.">
