Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Student Care Educator and Program Coordinator to join our team As a key member of our student care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing engaging programs that promote the social, emotional, and academic growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- To coach and teach life skills, including social skills, emotional intelligence, and self-management, to enable students to become independent and confident individuals.
- To design, implement, and evaluate program activities that cater to the interests and needs of our students, ensuring a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- To collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of student care services.
- To manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data related to student care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To handle challenging situations, providing support and guidance to students, parents, and colleagues as needed.
- To participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in student care and education.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student care or related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices, with ability to apply them in a student care setting.
