This role involves coordinating group tours for European destinations. It is a challenging position that requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure smooth operations for group tours. This includes managing itineraries, handling customer requests, and coordinating with suppliers. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quotations: Gather necessary information from customers, review itineraries, and create accurate quotes. Prepare quote sheets and sales documents as required.
  • Follow-up Offers: Ensure agents receive offers properly, obtain feedback, and pass relevant information to the sales team for further action.
  • Daily Operations: Manage new bookings, push confirmation of services, control deadlines, and track revenue/budget. Communicate effectively with agents, LPICs, and HRD personnel as needed.
  • Complete Assignments and Reports: Meet supervisor/operation manager expectations by completing tasks on time and providing regular updates.

  • Operations Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

  • Writing and Communication Skills: Produce high-quality written reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
