Job Title:

Lead Outfitting Engineer


Job Description:

As a seasoned expert in outfitting and architecture, you will be responsible for providing and checking the implementation strategy, implementation plan, interface management, basic data, risk control, professional engineering scheme and documents of outfitting and architecture. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and reviewing outfitting and architectural designs, selecting equipment, managing technical aspects, and creating documents.
  • Providing procurement technical support, including bidding document preparation, bid evaluation, clarification, drawing review, and FAT.
  • Coodinating with foreign owners to resolve project and related issues.
  • Collaborating with classification societies, other third parties, and regulatory bodies to address relevant problems and review comments.
  • Providing regular technical training and guidance to designers, with no less than 10 times or 40 hours of training per year.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or above.
  • Familiarity with professional knowledge of marine engineering outfitting and architecture, international specifications, industry regulations, and policies, particularly in the Middle East and Brazil.
  • Proficiency in using relevant office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • The ability to work diligently, rigorously, with a strong sense of responsibility, and adaptability.
  • Good learning ability and the capacity to actively learn new skills and knowledge.
  • Rich experience in on-site cooperation and the ability to comply with domestic or overseas business trips, working at offshore oil and gas facilities.
