Machine Integration, Automation and Robotics Specialist

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Digitalization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving standardization, innovation, and operational excellence in Machine Integration, Automation, and Robotics across global manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining the Manufacturing Digitalization Platform to ensure seamless real-time data integration, while developing clear standards for automation, robotics, PLC programming, and machine integration.

Expertise in industrial automation, robotics integration, and PLC programming is essential in evaluating and piloting IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies, as well as overseeing the adoption of robotic systems and emerging technologies like AI and advanced vision systems.

You will also act as the primary liaison between technology vendors, operational teams, and site leadership, managing project requirements and resources effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and experience in working with global, cross-functional teams are key in diagnosing and resolving complex integration issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the successful deployment of innovative technology solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics integration, and PLC programming
  • Automation Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields degree
  • Knowledge of standard industrial communication protocols and real-time data management platforms
  • Ability to create comprehensive technical standards, documentation, and training frameworks
  • Fluency in English
