Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing content coordinator to join our team in supporting our marketing efforts across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and digital platforms
  • Coordinate with designers and vendors on visual assets (photos, videos, graphics)
  • Support scripting, shooting, and editing of short-form content
  • Evaluate and align content with brand guidelines and campaign goals

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Management

  • Support the setup and management of Meta ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • Target audience, test different strategies, and track budget

Show & Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing live shows and branded campaigns
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage scheduling and provide support during live/recorded content
  • Analyze and compile performance and engagement metrics

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles preferred
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Understanding of content creation and social media trends
  • Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Creative, resourceful, and digitally savvy

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with TikTok or YouTube content
  • Involvement in event or live show coordination
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid media platforms
