Job Summary
This is a senior role within our organization, responsible for managing employee benefits programmes and client service activities. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in this capacity.
- Design and implement effective employee benefits programmes that meet the needs of assigned clients.
- Manage client service activities, financial performance, and profitability on behalf of the company.
- Cross-sell existing clients and develop referral prospects to drive business growth.
- Implement and maintain compliance systems in accordance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage employee benefits programmes for assigned clients, including account management, administration, claims services, and general responsibilities.
- Develop and implement account plans to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, communication, and delegation within the team.
- Monitor workload, credit control, and client relationships to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct regular reviews of outstanding claims and settlements to optimize results.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in Health & Benefits consulting or brokerage, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Deep knowledge of the vendor marketplace and technical proficiency in employee benefits.
- Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language.
