The Strategic Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in driving supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve service levels, reduce inventory costs, and enhance supply chain resilience.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Collaborating with regional teams to streamline and standardize supply chain roles and skills matrices for talent development.
  • Designing and implementing effective transportation and warehousing strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Implementing best practices in planning, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, including ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of demand forecasting and supply planning concepts.
  • Proven ability to consistently improve performance in areas of service level improvement, inventory reduction, and cost savings.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Basic understanding of local export/import regulations and custom brokerage processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
