Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting and welcoming guests
  • Efficiently manage reservations and waitlists
  • Maintain a clean and polished venue, adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge of all menu items
  • Perform related duties as part of our tight-knit hospitality team
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels, bars, or dining environments
  • Possess a passion for hospitality and high standards of service
  • Be positive, outgoing, and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in the service language
