Key Role: Bar Team Member

We're on the lookout for skilled and motivated team players who can deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our bar team, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy food and beverages.

Whether you're assisting with front-of-house duties or working closely with management to achieve targets, your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Bartender with bar duties and front-of-house responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively with management to meet targets and goals.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, take orders, and maintain quality food and beverages.
  • Be an effective multi-tasker, juggling various tasks within the cafe.
  • Maintain equipment and services operational by following procedures.
  • Handle POS, cashless payment, and delivery platform devices.
  • Balance and close sales and cash handling at the end of the day.
  • Accurately manage inventory (alcoholic drinks, mixers, etc.).
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, recommending and differentiating food and beverages.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Closing duties in the evening.
