">This role is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to the Deputy Vice President, Finance & Governance.
">The successful candidate will be accountable for:
">- Budgeting and forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with regulations;
- Stakeholder reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reports to programme leads and senior leadership team;
- Grant finance risk management: Perform due diligence on grant partners and review their financial reports;
- Other ad-hoc tasks: Support business process improvements and other special projects as required;
Requirements:
">- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Familiarity with financial systems and applications;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
Qualifications and Experience:
">- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accountancy or relevant discipline;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting;
- Experience working with non-profit organisations an advantage but not mandatory;
