Expert in SAP Delivery Required

The role involves leading a team responsible for delivering SAP AMS services to clients. The individual will be expected to have strong experience in SAP AMS delivery, with hands-on expertise in at least one SAP module from ABAP, MM, SD, Finance, BW or BPC Consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of technical experts in delivering SAP AMS services.
  • Hands-on experience in resolving incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
  • Service Management with ITIL knowledge.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles and service delivery management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow reports).
Essential Skills:
  • Strong experience in SAP AMS delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one SAP module from ABAP, MM, SD, Finance, BW or BPC Consolidation.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
  • Service Management with ITIL knowledge.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles and service delivery management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow reports).
Preferred Skills:
  • For ABAP: debugging, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and performance tuning.
  • For functional modules (MM, SD, Finance): configuration, data analysis, and integration knowledge. Strong understanding of business processes related to the chosen module.
  • For BW/BPC: data modeling, reporting, and consolidation functionalities.
