Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced RFP Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, including analyzing requirements, coordinating response efforts, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

A key member of our team, you will develop comprehensive project plans for each RFP response, collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information, and draft, edit, and compile proposal content.

You will also conduct quality assurance checks, maintain a repository of proposal templates, and stay informed about industry trends to ensure competitive proposals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements and scope of work
  • Develop project plans for RFP responses, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure alignment with proposal requirements
  • Draft, edit, and compile proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications
  • Conduct thorough reviews of proposal documents to ensure consistency, completeness, and adherence to branding standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in RFP response development or proposal writing
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset and ability to respond to complex requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an RFP specialist/analyst in the BPO industry
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
