The role of an Administrative Support Specialist is multifaceted and challenging. The individual in this position will be responsible for assisting in the execution of a recruitment plan, which includes posting advertisements and arranging interviews.

In addition to recruitment duties, the successful candidate will also assist in the application, renewal, collection, and cancellation of work passes for foreign employees. This requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Performing HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, confirmations, terminations, long service awards, registering employees for training courses, and updating individual training records, ensuring compliance with ISO 9002 requirements, are key aspects of this role.

Other responsibilities include administering the Company's insurance program, preparing periodic reports on manpower and salary status for management use, processing leave applications and updating leave records, processing monthly payroll, preparing Payroll Costing Reports, and preparing CPF submissions.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration/Human Resources, with at least five years of experience in performing HR/Admin activities. Proficiency in using Times Payroll software and experience in work pass administration are essential.

Key skills required for this role include Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel, advertising, talent acquisition, training needs analysis, administration, payroll, data entry, office administration, compliance, benefits administration, and administrative support.
