As a technical expert, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking support and guidance on various engineering-related issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and develop new applications that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, and technical support for designated equipment and products
- Preparing analysis reports and providing after-sales product training and service support
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers (internal & external) and understanding their needs
- Identifying opportunities to develop new applications and contribute to business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma in Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering is required. Preferred qualifications include 2 years of working experience in a cleanroom environment or semiconductor industry, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, vision system, electronic equipment, and automation, robotics control, programming, etc.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are also required, along with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
