Job Title: Construction Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of contracts and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate tenders and advise on contractual matters to ensure the best possible outcomes for the business.
  • Liaise with consultants and contractors to establish strong working relationships and negotiate variations to the contract.
  • Measure, value, and agree upon all variations to the contract with contractors/sub-contractors.
  • Certify monthly progress claims and payment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying from a recognized university or polytechnic.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
