**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead our EV charging product development and launch strategy, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and execute product planning strategies for the Asia-Pacific EVCI market, incorporating insights from market analysis and intelligence gathering
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch EV charging products and solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and ecosystem players to drive business growth and innovation
  4. Represent the company in industry alliances, summits, and marketing activities to establish thought leadership and drive brand influence

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in electric vehicle charging, with expertise in charging pile system design, software and hardware development, and product planning
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation
  • Deep understanding of the EVCI industry, including technology trends, market dynamics, and customer needs
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the Asia-Pacific region

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in DC charging pile system solution design and development
  • Knowledge of photovoltaic storage charging, V2G, and MCS technologies
  • Familiarity with Digital Power products and solutions
