Senior Technical Lead - SWIFT Messaging

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to oversee the development and implementation of our SWIFT messaging solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

About the Role
  • Lead the design, development, and testing of SWIFT messaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
  • Maintain and improve existing SWIFT messaging infrastructure.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT industry with a focus on project management and technical leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of SWIFT messaging protocols and standards.
  • Familiarity with IBM-MQ, SFTP, API, and JMS interfaces.
  • Working experience with SWIFT applications (SAA, SAG, SNL, and AWP) and Screening solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with JIRA and other project management tools.
