Role Title: Inclusive Learning Coach

Job Description

The Inclusive Learning Coach plays a vital role in supporting educators to provide high-quality learning experiences for students with diverse needs. The focus is on delivering tailored support to ensure every student reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Educators to develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment that promotes student engagement.
  • Assist Educators in maintaining classroom environments, facilities, and resources to maximize student participation.
  • Support Students' Holistic Development by building strong relationships, providing individualized support, and collaborating with other professionals to enhance student progress.
  • Work closely with Allied Professionals and stakeholders to plan and execute strategies that promote student development.
  • Develop Professional Competencies through continuous review and reflection of teaching practices to improve overall impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Higher NITEC in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities is highly valued and desirable.
  • Physical stamina is essential as the role may involve lifting and assisting students and equipment.
  • The Inclusive Learning Coach must prioritize the health and safety of students at all times.
