Job Role Description

A Student Care Facilitator plays a pivotal role in creating a safe and supportive learning environment for students, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages student behaviour effectively
  • Communicates with parents and stakeholders to address concerns or issues
  • Facilitates daily routines, activities, and programs for children

The ideal candidate is proactive, patient, and approachable, with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. They are passionate about working with children, possess strong organisational skills, and can adapt to diverse needs.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • ITE Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Student Care Facilitator/Teacher in a Student Care Centre
