About this Opportunity

This Sales Support role is a dynamic position that combines customer service, sales support, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support & Client Service
    • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and presentations
    • Handle customer enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
    • Build rapport with clients and provide excellent after-sales support
  • Project & Site Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and project teams
    • Liaise with designers, project coordinators, and suppliers for smooth order processing
    • Support material selection and preparation of sample/mood boards for clients
  • Administration & Documentation
    • Maintain proper sales records and follow-ups
    • Provide administrative support to the Director in planning and execution

Requirements

  • Fresh grads welcome; training provided
  • Prior experience in renovation sales/coordination is an advantage
  • Strong interest in renovation, interior design, and client servicing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin-speaking is a plus)
