About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy and Performance Director to join our team at SMRT Corporation Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to execute the development, implementation, and enforcement of procurement policies across all departments and business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement policies ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct regular checks and audits to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • Generate detailed reports on procurement activities and compliance metrics for management reporting.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and tools to automate compliance checks.
  • Develop training programs for employees on procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in business/supply chain/statistics or relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ARIBA/SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage.
  • Extensive data analytics skills preferably with course certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement required.
Working Conditions:

This role requires strong organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills as well as good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels of business affecting the process.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
