Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Coordinator to join our team at the SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI). As a key member of our research team, you will assist the Principal Investigator in developing study plans, conducting literature reviews, and preparing Institutional Review Board applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing study plans and conducting literature reviews
  • Prepare Institutional Review Board applications and assist in subject recruitment, data collection, and data management
  • Assist with quality control and preparations for quality assurance
  • Liaise with study partners to ensure efficient study-related activities
  • Coordinate project meetings and participate in the preparation of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for dissemination of study results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Epidemiology, or related academic area
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and data analytics software (e.g. SPSS, STATA, Python, and NVivo) is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skill
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
